Individual Therapy

A Happier Healthier You
Anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma. Chronic illness, pain that doesn’t show up on scans, fatigue that no one takes seriously.– the invisible stuff that shapes your life, while everyone else assumes you’re fine. It’s exhausting. It’s isolating. And it’s real. In your therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and elevate your mind, body, and soul.
Now is the time to begin!
Group Therapy

Groups
A place to develop your mind, body and spirit and connect with other like minded women. Get away from the hustle and bustle and learn to connect, move, and relax in nature. If you are interested in joining a group of women for eight weeks please contact me. This group will be facilitated outside.
What are you waiting for?

Maybe you keep showing up even though you feel like giving up. Maybe you quietly break down when no one’s looking – or maybe you hold it all in until it comes out in an outburst. I offer trauma informed support for people who are tired of pretending they’re fine. Whether you’re healing from past trauma, stuck in survival mode, or feeling emotionally invisible – I see you. And more importantly, I’m here to help you see yourself again.

Simple Practices with Proven Results

Just Breath
I know we've all heard it before, but it's true, part of what makes us more tense is when our brain notices that we started holding our breath, so becoming more aware of this rythmic motion within our body and then breathing tells our brain that things are okay and to relax.
Be Where You Are Now
Look around you. Are you okay in this moment? Are you safe? Then you are doing okay. There are a lot of things to worry about in life, but ask yourself are they happening right now? So let yourself be in this moment even of for a short time and this will help you relax.
Soothing Memory
Sometimes the moment we are in is not a good one and it is too painful to bear. In these moments taking a break can be helpful. Remember a time when you felt calm, joyful, or loved. Close your eyes and remember.
Information About Insurance Coverage
Insurance coverage can differ in coverage even for individuals working in the same company and/or with the same insurance company.
If you are looking to have your sessions reimbursed please make sure to check with your insurance program to see of you are covered for Registered Counselling Therapy prior to booking a session.
Not many, but a few insurance plans require a doctors referral note to accompany the receipt.
Coverage is often limited, and sometimes use all your therapy options to add up to your maximum coverage, so make sure
you haven't used up all your coverage.
Unless your insurance pays out 100%, you will get a receipt when you pay, and your insurance company will reimburse you.
